Refunds and Cancellations
Voluntary Cancellations by Passengers
If you need to cancel your booking, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the fare rules of your ticket. Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure. Failure to cancel in time or missing a flight may result in no refund.
Refunds are only available within the ticket’s validity period and if permitted by the fare rules. Non-refundable tickets or certain discounted fares may not qualify for refunds.
For partially used tickets, refunds may be issued for the unused portion, subject to airline policies. If no value remains, applicable unused taxes may be refunded.
If a refund is not available, alternatives like e-credits or ticket changes may be offered, depending on the fare rules.
Third-party services (e.g., insurance or airport transfers) are not automatically canceled with your ticket. Contact the respective service provider directly to cancel these services.
Flight Schedule Changes or Cancellations by Airlines
If an airline cancels your flight or significantly changes its schedule, you may choose from available options, such as rebooking or a refund, based on the ticket’s fare rules. We will notify you of major changes as soon as possible. We are not responsible for additional costs resulting from airline changes.
Refunds for eligible tickets may incur a processing fee, and non-refundable fees or penalties may apply as per airline policies.
Cancellation Fees and Charges
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the airline’s fare rules and may include administrative fees or penalties. A processing fee of $150 per ticket applies for cancellations or changes handled through our agency, unless covered by a support package, which may have its own fee structure.
Administrative fees, service packages, and airline penalties are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method. Processing takes up to 20 business days for credit or debit card payments, excluding additional time for your bank to process the transaction. In some cases, refunds may be issued via check or PayPal.
Chargeback Policy
Before initiating a chargeback with your credit card provider, we recommend contacting our customer service team to resolve any issues. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the cancellation of your booking.
By booking through our platform, you agree to abide by the cancellation and refund policies provided at the time of booking. Chargebacks for non-refundable bookings, failure to cancel in advance, or misuse of services may be disputed by us.
